ORGANISE A FUNDRAISING EVENT: There are lots of ways to raise money. If you are a fundraiser or an enthusiastic supporter of Charlottes Smiles here are some ideas: Run a marathon : Thanks Dave – look out for Dave’s pictures later this year Have your hair cut for money: -Thanks Joanne The hair will be sent to another charity to be made into wigs for children with cancer. Minimum 10 inches needed for this one. Organise a Spring or Autumn Fair: - Thanks Lisa Organise a themed evening event such as the sound of Music, Grease or Abba:- thanks Lisa Book a local hall and get your friends and family to buy stalls. There are lots of organisations who will buy a stall and give some commission. Ask businesses for raffle and tombola prizes. Ask for unwanted Christmas presents from work colleagues. Give money instead of Christmas cards. Hold a coffee morning and raffle. The whole group share the work load and that way lots of money can be raised. We would like to invite you to join one of our Fundraising groups. Or start your own. Any level of help is appreciated.
